CER flange plates, allows to facilitate the operations of assembly, disassembly, maintenance and adjustment of the bearings to the structure, resulting in an extremely fast and economic assembly.
An easy and economical solution for the installation and adjustment of our wide range of bearings to your structures through bolts and screws.
Unlike other similar products, CER flange plates are manufactured with calibrated, milled and machined steel plates, which allows reduced tolerances and quality finishes without deformations.
They come in two different formats:
• Flange plates SQUARE for CER bearings
• Flange plates RECTANGULAR for CER bearings
Both formats can be requested with a LUBRICATION SYSTEM, that allows re-lubrication of CER BEARINGS on one of the sides faces of the plate for cases where bearing’s lubrication duct isn’t accesible.
All the support plates can be supplied welded to CER’s radial and combined bearings in their different versions and with its optional accessories like washer for flange plates or wipers for raceways (see CER BEARINGS and ACCESSORIES FOR PROFILES AND CER BEARINGS).
